Bar Z Guitars began while I was steering
oil wells in North Dakota in 2011.
Working 12 hour shifts but away from home for months at a time. My passion for music lead me to build my own relics for myself and my son. A fire was lit and the progression to the Exile series evolved. For the last five years I've traveled from rig to rig with my tools, bodies, and necks in tow. Passing the days away from my family working the hours into a passion that manifested one of a kind results.
